I Love Lindsay Lohan

I have been a huge fan of Lindsay ever since I saw 'Freaky Friday'. I thought she was amazing in it and total star. She was sharing her scenes with a veteran of the silver screen (Jamie Lee Curtis) and she stole the show. The 'Mean Girls' came around and everyone was in love. 'Mean Girls' was my generation's ultimate teen movie. I did become conflicted with my love for Lindsay as in the early 00's we were made to pick sides between Hilary Duff and herself, I picked The Duff (with a secret love for Lohan).

Everything seemed peachy for lil' Lohan, she was a rising star and selling millions of tickets at the cinema. We all know what happened next. She got her self in some bother, stole some jewellery, got in a few car crashes and her partying got a tad out of control. People can look and say 'oh she is just a kid' but I honestly thought it was always something deeper. Her relationship with her family was well covered and her addictions became common knowledge. She would show up late on film sets, paint the words 'fuck u' on her nails for court appearances - and thats if she showed up to her court dates.

Lindsay has become the noun and verb for a child star gone bad. Not a title she probably loves but it is what it is. She grew up infront of our eyes and we saw all her highs and lows. I have always thought that if Lindsay didn't go off the rails then Emma Stone wouldn't be as well known - she has had a few roles that would have been perfect for Lindsay.

I just watched Lindsay's first TV appearance since leaving rehab. She hosted 'Chelsea Lately' on E! and I thought she did a great job. She was funny, eloquent and was able to poke fun at herself whilst still showing respect for the help she has had. I myself cannot wait for the Oprah interview and docu-series to follow. I just want more Lindsay in my life. I want more music and I want more films.

So a little message for La Lohan - good luck with everything, you are extremely talented and you will always have a fan in me.

If I was one of the elite and I had the world of Hollywood in my hand I would be very choosy with who I would allow in to my inner circle. I have already made my list, congratulations to those who made it.

Beyonce
No clique is complete with out her.
Pros - She is rich, a good person and has the best connections in the world (Hello Obama)

Emma Stone
Emma is one of those actresses that come around once in a million. A trailblazer.
Pros - Funny and my ticket to the Oscars
Cons - Andrew Garfield will probably not like me

Nicole Richie
One of the best people to exist ever. Candidly Nicole is the proof of this.
Pros - Will be a laugh a minute and I would live in her closet
Cons - Has been known to turn on her best buds (poor Paris)

Khloe Kardashian
Quite possibly the best Kardashian ever
Pros - my connection to Kris so she can adopt/manage me
Cons - she would tower over me at events

Ke$ha
A self confessed party animal warrior
Pros - I love Jack Daniels, she keeps a stash in the bathroom to brush her teeth
Cons - A self confessed cannibal

Lindsay Lohan
Beautiful and talented. She will be back on top ASAP.
Pros - She likes a drink and a party
Cons - She had an ankle bracelet that stopped her drinking and partying.

The Amanda Show

I don't want to kick her while she is down, but I am worried about Amanda Bynes. She is one of the best comedic actresses of recent decades. If you disagree watch She's The Man - she was amazing in it. She had a great run of films from She's The Man to Hairspray to Easy A. And then BANG she announces retirement. This was a shock as it was and then she was quiet for a while. Then another BANG she is all over Twitter and she is unrecognisable. Her face, body and hair seem to have transformed. Her behaviour has become erratic and she is making crazy statements.

She has seemed to of followed the road that the likes of Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears have paved, and over passed them whilst flicking the middle finger as she does. Both Lindsay and Britney have gotten help and got healthy.

Amanda shows no sign of accepting help never mind accepting the fact she might need it. She has got arrested, spread stories about her family and called every celebrity in Hollywood 'Ugly'. She has had multiple nose jobs and has pierced her cheeks.

I miss the old Amanda. I was a fan of the old Amanda. Please bring the old Amanda back. Actresses are stealing roles that would have been perfect for her. She has announced a fashion line and I wish her nothing but the best.
