One of my favourite things to watch on YouTube are Spoken Word videos. Basically what they are are poems been read out. They are so much more than that though. These young adults have a lot to say. Some speak about social issues, some are comical and some are personal. They speak with such passion about their topics and they really make you think. Some I agree with and some make me uncomfortable - but that is the point I think. It makes you uncomfortable because someone is finally saying what you have been thinking. Below I will post some of my favourites. My favourite Spoken Word artist is Kai Davis, she speaks so eloquently and passionately that you can't help but sit and listen.
